Orders & Purchases

Burnt Mountain Home shares curated product recommendations and links to trusted retailers like Amazon. We do not handle payment processing, shipping, or product fulfillment.

  • If you purchased an item through one of our links: Your order is processed by the retailer directly.

  • Order questions (status updates, order changes, cancellations) should be directed to the retailer’s customer service team.


Shipping

All shipping is handled by the retailer from which you made your purchase.

  • Check your confirmation email or account with the retailer for estimated delivery times.

  • For delayed or lost packages, please contact the retailer’s customer service directly.


Returns & Exchanges

Since we don’t fulfill orders, we cannot process returns or exchanges.

  • Please review the return policy of the retailer you purchased from before ordering.

  • Amazon and many other retailers provide prepaid return labels or in-store return options.


Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damage.
